Fox News says Mueller report did NOT clear Trump

why do you keep saying there was insufficient evidence? They did not conclude that, not by a longshot.

New American:

"Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s 22-month-long investigation of alleged Russian collusion and interference in the 2016 election is summarized in a 448-page report released (in redacted form) Thursday. The wait is over; now the frenzy begins. Enemies of President Trump have claimed — since before he was even elected — that he colluded with Russia. The report, however, makes clear that there is no evidence of those claims. And it fails to provide sufficient evidence of obstruction."

"The Attorney General has full control over the assignment to a special counsel of additional jurisdiction (section 600.4(b)) that is “necessary in order to fully investigate and resolve the matters assigned, or to investigate new matters that come to light” during a special counsel’s investigation. A special counsel is to consult with the Attorney General, who will then “determine whether to include the additional matters within the Special Counsel’s jurisdiction or assign them elsewhere.”

Why do you cite this bullshit when you obviously don't know what the fuck you are talking about? The president can only be charged by the house of representatives.

He has the evidence and gave it to congress, it's their responsibility.

While Congress can certainly act with impeachment proceedings, he could have come to a conclusion on obstruction. But he didn't. He concluded there wasn't enough evidence to indict any Trump campaign member with conspiracy/coordination. He could have easily stated a conclusion on obstruction as well if he wanted. But he didn't. He punted. Which left the decision to his boss... The AG.

Again, Barrs decision does not alter the ability of Congress to go the route of impeachment.

He is not cleared: Fact
He is still being investigated by Congress: Fact
If the House feels like they want to impeach him, it can: Fact

There isn't a fucking thing you trumptard traitors and your troll posting can do about any of it.

Wrong. They could have and didn't. The DoJ letter ruling would only delay the indictment, not eliminate it's possibility.

Mueller could not indict and if you are talking about the house they haven't yet, not "didn't". I don't give a shit if they do. He's a spectacular poster boy for the republicans. Let's keep the criminal in the news until the next election. Hell, polls in Texas say if he goes against Biden he will lose that state. He damn sure won't win any of the states in the rust belt like he did last time, the guys a fucking idiot as are those who support him.

Mueller didn't give his report to congress. He gave it to the Attorney General. The Attorney General explains it to congress

The congress now has the report and they don't give a flying fuck about the AG's explanation, hell, he is being held in contempt of congress as it is now.
