Um...you will have to take my word for but I have read all of Mrs. Mallowan’s books, Miss Marple and I never saw this:

With Christie books the puzzle is the thing, not character development or fancy writing. You may find this hard to believe, Mr. Earl, but many times I was unable to guess the culprit in the Christie books although in hindsight the clues were obvious.

I agree that ACD was a great writer despite his belief in fairies. Fairies as in wood sprites, Mr. Earl. :)

I took a creative writing course in college and discovered that I had some writing ability but very little creativity.

So, I remained in Engineering.

I do believe in trolls under bridges, Mr. Earl, this forum for one being a hotbed of them, to mix metaphors.

I took a technical writing course in college and had the ability for it but not the interest. That's why I'm not an engineer.

Those verses apply to just/moral governments: it’s not ‘un christian’ for Christians to rise up against an unjust or tyrannical government.

IOW, a just government isn’t acting unjustly by enacting [and enforcing] border and immigration laws that are designed to protect its citizens. And when the government turns against its own citizens Christians have the Green Light to overthrow it—even with violence.
