What else are they going to do? They are trapped....they must move forward with the PLAN or be busted red handed, thus...…...a second whistle blower with nothing new to report with the transcript actually being part of the public record.

Have you seen the full and complete transcript? There should be a whole lot more information over and above this transcript that a whistleblower can offer
