I don't know where you got those stats from, but according to Wikipedia, Whites make up 60%. However, that's only non-hispanic Whites. So the percentage may be higher, but it also could be lower, since it depends on how many Hispanics of other races are also here.
Another falsehood; browns don't hate white people and are considered to be racially white. Blacks, for the most part, have been taught to hate white people by the race hustling leaders.
Brown people definitely aren't white. Nobody would look at George Lopez and see a white guy. And of course, Mestizos don't consider themselves white. Groups like La Raza talk about taking this land back from white people.
And yeah, there are minority activists who have taught minorities to hate Whites, but the reason that message sells so well is because minorities often see the majority as the oppressors.
BLM is only political in that they're trying to advance black people. They're not on the Left or on the Right. They don't care about any other political issues. Turning BLM into some Left vs Right partisan bullshit is failing to understand the results of multiracialism.

Gender is a term that applies to language not people, gender theory was made up from whole cloth in the 1960s by third wave feminists.
But let's accept your made up dichotomy between gender and sex, if gender and sex are separate and gender is just a social construct then that means a person can choose to conform to the gender which corresponds to their biological sex.
Either gender and sex are synonymous terms or gender has nothing to do with biology and is a choice and a matter of personal will.
Now you can claim that it is not about physical attributes; such as, hormone levels and genitalia it's about what's in the brain so therefore not a choice but again the brain is part of the body so it is biological after all, so how can your biology be both male and female at the same time?
