Eastern Europe isn't so poor, anymore.

In fact, actually Eastern Europe has a higher income than the global average.

Some sections towards the South & East Balkans & A little bit of Ukraine & Russia are pretty poor.

But, most are moving forward in wealth at a rapid pace.

I think so, at this point, simply to try to even things out. 200 years of enslavement, family separation and an amputation from culture has done great and generational harm to African American communities and families, I think the only practical way to move forward is to make some efforts to repair some of that damage. We have a unofficial "quota" system in the Untied States already that works the other way... Its how GWB got into Harvard but not the University of Texas, its how Trump got a degree from Wharton. Its how thousands of wealthy white people got their place in society. Yes for the sake of trying to even it out, some legal requirements facing the other way around are called for.

I am sorry that happens to you, it should not happen and we should work to end that type of prejudice.

For many African American it's different because the brutality of slavery and segregation caused generational damage to the community and culture.
