Rittenhouse found not guilty. Respect the court system.

Yes and no. I respect the court system and the finality of a verdict (appeal?) but I will and often do take issue with the results.

Two main aspects to the law certum and verum.

I don't accept the result as yielding truth but will move on and not dwell. I accept the reality of the decision and disagree with it.

Well said. :good4u:

Once again McSlobber proves he's no lawyer. Prosecution cannot appeal. Any real lawyer would know that.

I never started following the case so I can't comment on the results of the verdict but I trust the court system. No system is perfect but just like voting, the results should be accepted and respected.

Just like when Stephanos Bibas, who was appointed by President Donald Trump said:
*"Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so," Bibas wrote.
"Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.*Trump’s Campaign's claims have no merit."

Accept and respect the court findings and move on.

There should be no respect for miscarriage of justice and obstruction of justice as a result of a corrupt court supporting premediated murder and premediated attempted murder on three individuals who were basically exercising their 1st Amendment rights.

I wish it was that simple. I believe a reckoning is coming. What is the first thing the traitors in Congress did when they heard about the verdict? They offered Rittenhouse an internship. When you stand with traitors and there are ZERO consequences I am not prepared to move on. While I may accept the reality, I hope like hell there will be fallout. This verdict didn't happen in a vacuum. The judge was a disgrace. And the depiction of this little punkass cop wannabee as a hero makes me sick.

Will you go and incite a riot?

The Liberal Prosecutor tried to put his thumb on the scale and got caught at it multiple times. ( Not providing the clearest available drone video to the defense. Not providing the identity of a Rittenhouse attacker to the defense. Trying to use Rittenhouse's 5th amendment right to remain silent before the trial against him, entering evidence that the judge had excluded . ) Much like liberals have tried to cheat in voting. Fortunately the jury were still able to arrive at the correct decision according to the law. You must have not paid any attention to the Maricopa county audit either. People that put their thumbs on the scale are now under investigation by the Arizona Attorny General.

Indeed.

The prosecutor should be prosecuted.

While I share the welling up of bile you are experiencing, a cause celeb trial is not the platform. Our power is in our superior numbers, ethics and vote.
When the law is an ass, you need to change the law. Something along the lines of a federal gun control law focused on appearing armed at political rallies with intent to incite.
I believe a burden shift would work. Make it a low class felony, even without firing a shot.

"Any person who attends a political protest or rally with a hand gun gun, semi automatic or automatic gun or rifle or dirk or dagger, not otherwise privileged at law to possess same, is presumed to harbor the specific intent
to incite violence, which presumption can only be overcome by clear and convincing evidence to the contrary." Violation of this law is punishable by imprisonment not less than 1 year. "

There, took two minutes to draft, having a gun at a rally = felonious incitement

A trial putting that asshole in the can has no precedential value. A law makes that change you desire. I'm just tolerating their deplorable endzone dance.
Two people are pushing up daisies because of that kid and they are gleeful.

????.....are you perhaps referring to the SC decision that said the Pennsylvania governor violated the constitution by creating new rules for the election when that authority was only held by the state legislature?......

DAM, THIS IS SOME BULLSHIT.....I WAS SO HOPING HE'D BE GANG RAPED IN PRISON...But to see that white puffy pussy shaken like the coward he was before the verdict was read...PRICELESS.....Well, its official, if us negro's want to protest going forward...come armed and ready for these white fucks...and the lesson in all this....blacks killing blacks and whites killing whites don't mean shit to judges....gotta be a race thing before mf's get justice and lets never forget folks, Kyote Koward Kyle is going to Washington to work for the GOP and he has a corrupt racist judge who by the way got his job appointment from a damn DEM, TO THANK FOR IT. And to the dick hard prisoners who was waiting on that white meat, he'll be there some day, I promise!!

I love it when lib'ruls display their true selves........the posing they engage in prior to elections can be so deceiving.....

By going to a riot situation as a 17 year old with a fucking AR-15 demonstrates anything but good sense.

He was found not guilty because the prosecution failed to prove its case. He was still a reckless, dumbfuck punk. There’s no law against that.

not having good sense is not a crime.......if it were you would be serving a life sentence........

there is always 2022.....if I may be so bold, California and New York could turn blue.......

This poor white trash kid bastard, is now in the hands of the Fox News cash vending machine and these mf's will milk this puffy child for every gotdamn dollar he can manage to puke up for them. A Tucker news van with Tucker inside scooped porky pig up right after he was released and held a on camera interview shortly afterwards....Fox loves money, the pigglets bills need paying and thus is the world of conservatives who love exploiting filth to raise a buck.....I personally can't wait for porky to run for congress and will win. The ppl of Wi. should have known if the racist cop that started all this shit shooting a unarmed black man in the back RUNNING, is still on the job, they'd understand, they have a shitty justice system and shitty prosecuters working on their behalfs

Kyle Rottenhouse will forever til the day he dies, become a meme of a shaken coward who killed 2 ppl and no amount of hedging is gonna change that.
