Abrego Garcia Home with his family!

You are a dummy.

“It's unlikely Xinis's consideration of the case is completely over, and she previously noted that a motion for sanctions remains pending in Abrego Garcia's civil case.

The Justice Department is expected to challenge the order, though whether it will do so via the immigration removal process, or via the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, remains to be seen.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters Thursday afternoon that the Trump administration would "absolutely" be appealing Xinis' order, which she described as another instance of "activism" from a federal judge.”

He will be deported.

In the meantime, he is free to abuse his wife, engage in human trafficking, and do his MS-13 stuff.

You are a fool.
When will they get around to deporting this dangerous criminal?

In the battle of the judges I find it likely that Abrego Garcia will wind up in custody again. This back and forth is obscene really. If you have the goods just bring it to trial and get it over with, if you don't, the trial will tell.
When?

Deport him to Costa Rica let them deport him to El Salvador. Problem solved.
Ok, but when? This "dangerous rapist" is on the streets... Why cant the PP get him deported If he is what they say he is, it should be easy. If the PP would just follow the law he would be in Costa Rica.

I do not know if he is dangerous or not, but I do know the PP says he is, and they are allowing him out on the streets.

In a statement to NPR, Department of Homeland Security's spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin blasted Judge Xinis' decision.

"This is naked judicial activism by an Obama appointed judge," McLaughlin said. "This order lacks any valid legal basis and we will continue to fight this tooth and nail in the courts."

He admitted to crossing illegally in 2012.

He will be deported.

They cant get their act together.

He has volunteered for many months to go to Costa Rica immediately and Costa Rica has agreed to take him.

It is the Trump DoJ who have said no that as they want to send him to some foreign war torn country across the ocean where he will not speak the language and where they can bribe the locals to jail him and where he will struggle to ever get back to the N.A continent from with no money or ID.
