Oh he probably is unstable, but as soon as he refused to talk to Mueller he called CNN for an interview. Would you prefer a cover up? Should CNN have refused him BEFORE the fact? He's another example of Trump's extreme vetting and hiring the best people..

If you can identify instability in Nunberg, why can't your identify it in Trump?

Churchill would no doubt have been deemed unstable in the febrile atmosphere that passes for modern politics. Yet Blighty would have been doomed without him. Trump is no Churchill but he is on our side against the EU and that will do for me. Ma Clinton would have sold us down the river without question.

No, I am not comparing him to Churchill, just pointing out that Churchill would most likely be labeled crazy by today's media. I have many reasons to dislike the EU however I feel disinclined to discuss them with you.

Why are you up so early anyway, couldn't you sleep?

I prefer watching karma do it’s thing in real life. I love to see justice served, it’s why I watch trials at the Courthouse when I have free time.
 
I would put money on the following scenario playing out…

Nünberg will quietly negotiate an extension, produce the emails and testify before the grand jury, within three weeks.

Churchill was labeled "crazy" and "incompetent" by much of the media of Great Britain when he was first installed as PM. He was not held in high regard by almost anyone back then.

He earned a decent reputation, but gets too much credit by some (especially by American conservatives).

I suspect England would have had a much worse time of it if Churchill had not gained power...and been as much a leader as he was. I suspect the US would have had a much worse time of it if Roosevelt had not gained power...and been the leader he was.

Many hadn't forgotten the debacle at Gallipoli, plus he was considered an arch war monger.

The real irony though, is that Churchill was always banging on about bombers, whereas the so-called appeaser Chamberlain was the one that built up our air defences. We would have been totally screwed without the Hurricane and Spitfire and that was down to Chamberlain and Defence Co-ordination Minister Thomas Inskip. Not many know that over here and nobody knows that over there.

I must confess that I did not know that...and although I am over "here" now...there was a time when I was over "there." I watched Lancaster bombers fly out of RAF Sturgate where I was stationed. They were still flying at that time...and were an awesome sight to see...and no one will ever forget the sound they made.

Actually, from what I understand,He has violated the request already, by not turning over the emails yesterday before three. I doubt Mueller is in a huge rush, and would negotiate an extension at this point, but the day of reckoning is Rapidly approaching for this guy.
