Trump dunks on Jeff Sessions in most vicious way possible ...

Jun 05, 2018 · It's no secret that President Donald Trump loathes his attorney general, Jeff Sessions. The reason it's no secret is because on a weekly basis -- and sometimes even a daily basis -- the President is tweeting his distaste for Sessions.

Just when you thought the bullying couldn't get any worse -- Trump has repeatedly said he would never and should never have hired Sessions, called him "beleaguered," "very weak" and "disgraceful," and reportedly refers to the former Alabama senator as "Mr. Magoo" -- today happened.

The scene: A FEMA briefing in which Trump and a number of his Cabinet officials were seated around a table. For most of the Cabinet officials, Trump was effusive in his praise of the job they were doing. And then there was Sessions.
Here's what Trump said about each of the Cabinet members; I saved Sessions until last because, well, you'll see.

our military taken care of now, so you can start really cutting." (185 words)
* Small Business Administrator Linda McMahon: "A friend of mine for a long time, Administrator Linda McMahon. And, Linda, I was just being told the other day what you've done in small business has been incredible. One of the real stars. And Vince and myself and your family, we're all proud of you. But what you've done is fantastic. So much work. People don't realize your small business is really -- it's really a very massive business. And you add it all up and those numbers are not small business. They're bigger than just about any company you can even think of. So congratulations, Linda. Thank you very much." (103 words)
* Attorney General Jeff Sessions: "Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Thank you, Jeff. Thank you very much." (11 words)

Eleven words. And five of those 11 are either Sessions' name or his title!!! Trump was even capable of coming up with 91 nice words about Pruitt, his beyond embattled EPA administrator.
It's like if you are at a big company dinner and your boss praises everyone else and then turns to you and says: "Chris Cillizza. He works here. Chris Cillizza."
Ice cold.

Most other Cabinet members -- or, really, people -- would have quit long before this most devastating of embarrassments. Jeff Sessions isn't most people.

Me too......

I have never heard of any boss or CEO who constantly and publicly trashed his employees.

When I was a teenager I worked at some retail store and was tasked with finding the other shoe for a customer in line, I frantically tried to find it and could not. The manager yelled at me and insulted me in front of 5 women customers..... They all came to my defense and chastised him.

I wish I could say I quit, but he fired me the next day. That's when I decided I needed to be my own boss.

Retail department heads are hardly executive material .. and neither is Trump.

I have heard a couple of theories on this

1) Sessions is feckless and Trump really hates his guts
2) Sessions is part of the deep state or the deep state has deep dirt on Sessions
3) This is all a ruse with Trump lambasting Sessions publicly while Sessions is quietly working behind the scenes exposing the corruption of the DOJ and FBI

If 1 or 2 were correct, I have to believe Trump would have fired Sessions by now
I would love to believe #3 is true because it would be one of the greatest mind fucks perpetrated on the left ever

Deep state is another of Trump's conspiracy theories..

Do you know the word "feck"? Its Scots-Irish and means VALUE or WORTH.

Hopefully he's working behind the scenes feeding information to Mueller and leaking to the press to expose the corruption of Trump, his family and his inner circle.

Trump is certainly giving Sessions every reason to turn on him.

Sessions has the job he wanted his whole life. He will be dragged out, kicking and screaming. He is getting humiliated weekly by daffy. Sessions just hangs his head and walks away. Sessions recusal came a couple months after he was appointed. Trump gets almost nothing right and makes no effort to do so.
