London murder rate overtakes New York

LONDON (Reuters) - London police investigated more murders than their New York counterparts did over the last two months, statistics show, as the British capital’s mayor vowed to fight a “violent scourge” on the streets.

There were 15 murders in London in February against 14 in New York, according to London’s Metropolitan Police Service and the New York Police Department. For March, 22 murders were investigated in London, with 21 reports in New York.

But they have no 2nd amendment there and guns are outlawed and strictly regulated...

How can the murder rate be HIGHER!

Given the London cops history of cooking the books the homicide rate in London is probably higher.
 
The entire city of London is blanketed by security cameras. How does someone get away with murder there? And, how do they murder when guns are banned?

15 years ago, the rate of assaults in London was about 4x that of NYC. Nice to see the murder rate has overtaken it, as well. :cof1:
