Mulvaney said that the withholding of aid was due in part because Trump wanted Ukraine to investigate the possibility that elements in that country had somehow interfered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
 
We do that [insert crime here] all the time in the US!

Even if that is true, which it isn't, it is no defense.

You obviously didn’t understand what he said. Or are purposely misrepresenting it. No. He asked them to investigate corruption tied to 2016 campaign. Not about Biden.

You are trying to conflate things.

But if you think this is an admission then Nancy has him right where she wants him and should vote right now

No need for an investigation. According to you, you have everything you need

Quick question though. In the entire history of this country have we ever had strings attached to foreign aid? If so, is that quid pro quo?

How can it not relate to the request for them to find dirt on Biden, the second part of do us "a favor" was, and "the other thing," interesting you are telling us Trump only what to find out about corruption but the only name he used was Biden's

And sure we have strings attached to foreign aid, but not political strings, strings attached for political purposes to benefit the person holding up the aid

You need a lesson on morality and ethics! That's the same problem Trump has had all his life. He never learned the value of, or even what morality, honesty, dignity, shame, sorrow, integrity, trust, and faith really are. That is why he is unsuitable for office, because a politician has to have all of these qualities and attributes- OR THEY END UP JUST LIKE HIM- IMPEACHED AND HATED BY EVERYONE!

That is why all of you Trumptards flock together- BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE ARE JUST AS WEAK AS HE IS! THESE ARE WEAKNESSES Not strengths!

How long do you think it will take for the Mulvaney-is-a-POS-and-a-Democrat-operative talking points to be issued by Fox and the RW blogosphere?
 
So typical, they got their people out for weeks screaming no quid pro quo, even though it wasn’t necessary, and then they admit quid pro quo. What gets me is that his followers don’t feel used.
