Wrong you fucking moron. It is by design that the will of the people is decided on a state by state basis. Winner take all in each state (except Maine and Nebraska). You again display just how ignorant you are. You don't even understand the electoral college. So you should shut the fuck up on topics you don't understand and leave it to the educated.

I understand it, and am not really that opposed to it, but it is not a system that always results in the will of the people of the United States prevailing.
