So are the Democrats. Even then, it appears diversity wise everyone is somewhat fairly represented in Congress.

These tactics were published in a book called "Rules for Radicals" in 1972. The young Hillary Clinton was obsessed with Alinsky and interviewed him a number of times in the late 1960s when she was working on her final - year dissertation at Wellesley college. Her dissertation was on Alinskian "Community Organising" (which was Alinsky's euphemism for spreading Marxist communism in local communities) and was completed in 1969.
