Three facts that make wearing a mask utterly pointless, to a point of being moronic:
1) 99.7% survive this sniffles that Democrats are trying to fear-monger into the Apocalypse (until the day after the election).
2) Studies show that ALL will get this either way. It WILL become endemic, just like H1N1 did (Obama was held to a completely different standard...Democrat privilege).
3) You have to use a scanning electron microscope to even DETECT virus particles. A cloth mask does ZERO to stop that. It's like trying to empty out a pool with a strainer. It's idiotic.
So, if it kills almost no one, we're all going to get it, and masks do nothing, then why all the ignorant hysteria from Democrats? Other than them simply being anti-science on every issue?

Your math is just plain wrong.
Over 2 million Americans are known to have Covid-19(4,850,114[cases]-2,366,721[recoveries]-159,128[deaths]), with an unknown number more unknowingly having Covid-19. That would mean that 99.3% are not knowingly infected. But the unknowingly infected are the most prolific spreaders, so the real question is what percent of the 99.3% are unknowingly infected.
There has been enough time to figure out what percent of people are unknowingly infected by HIV, but not with Covid-19 yet. There may be 2% or 0.1% of the people unknowingly spreading the disease
The total number of people infected is the total number of people ever infected minus the total number of people no longer infected (recovered or died). We may never know what that number is, because we may never know how many people were infected. We do know that over 4 million people have tested positive for Covid-19.
