New York, who had as many as a thousand deaths a day in March when the pandemic first appeared, yesterday had five deaths from COVID, seven the day before. Their infection rate is one percent. Florida, who wasn’t hit with the virus back in March, had 124 deaths yesterday, with an infection rate averaging between ten and thirteen percent

Common sense dictates that New York did, and is still doing, the right thing, while Florida the exact opposite, and what is the common denominator, Trump, one State ignored Trump, the other couldn’t act fast enough to make him happy.

As I said, obvious

False equivocation. Fail.

New York out of shear ignorance at best let this bug ravish old aged warehouses.

"New York did it right."........BLOW IT OUT YOUR ASS!

Cuomo was berated for forcing New Yorkers to do the right thing. Florida is doing the opposite. It is following Trump's directives to death and destructioon.

When was herd immunity ruled out?

I want to see the randomized seroprevalence studies from NY.

Lots of people claim that there will be no herd immunity...that science has learned.....scientists say....but I have not seen any evidence....there are only claims....and America is now Land of the Liars.

And the willfully ignorant.

The UnCivilized.

For one thing, New York's mortalities are higher than that of Florida's. Things were handled differently between the 2 states.

Higher mortalities is NOT a good example to follow.

But we're not talking about raw numbers. New York's rates have gone down while Florida's has gone up. That's the real issue here. Even if NY still had more deaths in raw numbers, the rates are still going down, which means that NY handled the virus better.

Not if you count people dead. PS: It's "SIGHT" not "SITE", fucktards! Do you finger your butt while you make OPS, or what?

But that doesn't tell us who handled the virus better after we all became aware of it. In the beginning, people were just living like normal until the doctors told us to wear masks, social distance, and so on.
The OP is saying that NY did better because they listened to the doctors while Florida listened to Trump.

I didn't make the OP. And try to calm down, holy shit.

How is sending infected nursing home residents back to the facility ‘handling the virus better’?

Cuomo and DeBlasio own worse numbers than a lot of *countries*.
