I just don't think it was fair play. Trump & McConnell were perfectly within their rights to rush this one through - but it's poor optics at best after what happened w/ Garland.

At best, it puts a dent in the integrity of the court. McConnell made it very political.

The majority along with the President know quality when they see it, so why wait?

ACB will make an excellent addition to the SC, and it all made last night a bit of a rush. Loved it!

Trump has next to anything to do with it, it was all Mitch, and his hypocrisy is everywhere, from blatantly filibustering every Judicial appointee Obama made when the Democrats had the Senate, to refusing to give Garland even a hearing, to making Supreme Court Justices just a majority vote. Mitch established new precedents and eliminated prior checks that are going to eventually come back to bite him and the GOP in the ass

Both branches and the White House? You mean the the Democrats want to have the Legislative the Judical the White House because that is the Three branches of Government. The Judical is an independent Branch and the Dems shouldn’t control them.
 
Take away Trump and insert absolutely any other candidate on that stage during the Repuke debates and it would still have been THREE.

Trump gets credit for nothing except making one of them a drunkard rapist.
