good list. basically Trump voters were shut out without hearing redress
Just "silly word games", according to Zappacrite - who has dodged presenting proof of his own claims for YEARS.

Dems are pretty clueless on processJust "silly word games", according to Zappacrite - who has dodged presenting proof of his own claims for YEARS.

certainly the lawyers do, but im struck by the general lack of understanding of many of their own policies.I think they understand it quite well. They used it to avoid having any evidence presented in a court of law, where it would have been public record.

liberal fucking judges...
NOPE.
Quite a few of the judges who looked at and determined there was NO EVIDENCE, were Trump/GOP appointees.
Someday the SC will have to explain why they refused to stop such blatant electoral fraud. Governors and Secretaries of State simply rewrote election laws!!! They said they had no choice because of covid.
it's not "telling" the case contend your election process was corrupt (moving postmarks without leg authority, reduced sig verification etc.) to the point that process "damaged" the other states who ran a clean election without those shenanigans
What law dos it supposedly violate?
In law, standing or locus standi is a condition that a party seeking a legal remedy must show they have by demonstrating to the court sufficient connection to and harm from the law or action challenged to support that party's participation in the case...It's absolutely hilarious how some GOP shills here, who lack the IQ to post in complete sentences by the way, think they know more about the law than the Judges on the SCOTUS.

but the Secretary of State did maneuvers outside their authorityThat's a RW conspiracy theory. Our election law was passed by a bipartisan legislature with a repug majority.
no shortage of ignoranceUnfortunately, some purporting to be conservatives are also clueless.

A TX lawyer has no business telling us in PA to file a case about the election results. It's not legal.
Bee Ess. Our electoral law was changed a year before covid with bipartisan approval.

Not "law", and there's nothing "illegal" about bringing suit in Pennsylvania because you're from Texas, is there?

Josh Hawley's conspiracy theory was debunked.
