How is it legally discriminatory? Some companies have been charging smokers more for their health insurance premiums for years. It's perfectly legal because smokers tend to have more health issues.*
To what protected class do the unvaccinated Kroger workers belong? Are they all the same gender? Are they all the same religion? Are they all a minority race?

think about what you posted.................consider, seriously, the whole 'protected class' argument..........in a nation that is 'supposed' to treat everyone equally, guaranteed equal protection under the laws.........do you think it's still constitutional to have protected classes AND do you think it's constitutional to discriminate against groups of people who don't agree with you or don't do what YOU think is right??????
