There is absolutely nothing in the bill about reporting on immigrants. The bill protects people that provide services to immigrants. At this point I can only assume you are in a cult and can't read or understand English.

The Democrats are trying to protect their donors. Immigrants that come from corrupt countries like Somalia are used to giving money to the people that run the government for protection.

So, yes, Nick Shirley is a journalist. You don't need a degree in journalism to be a journalist any more than you need a degree in education to be a teacher. Unions might argue differently but only because they want to keep the supply scarce to raise wages for their members.
