It's not really fair to call him a small, mediocre person. Sure, technically he's a "person," but that implies a level of humanity that's just not there. And "mediocre" suggests moderate quality... Trump would need to improve greatly to aspire to mediocrity. I'll give her "small," though, if she means it in the sense of small-minded. Physically, obviously, he's the opposite: clinically obese.
