Respectfully disagreed. Sybil isn't stupid. Did you visit his website in his signature. It's his manifesto. You can skim through it and get a real sense both how smart he is (slightly above average. 107-110) and how fucking nuts he is too.
Rationality and Intelligence do not have a direct correlation. Lots of serial killers were very smart but as looney as Sybil.
Oddly, if you look at his socks, he's broken himself into Freud's three parts of the mind:
ID = IBDaMann, a high energy childish character. It was Sybil in black face attempting to act hip, slick and cool. This facet hasn't been around in awhile. I suspect the energy level was higher than Sybil could maintain.
Ego = Into the Night. Sybil's basic personality. The one he considers to be himself.

in a democracy, the law is whatever the people vote it to be. There is no constitution.
A democracy is unstable. It usually dissolves into an oligarchy or dictatorship pretty quickly. Athens became a dictatorship.
