broke city of chicago needs $100 million to settle police brutality settlements

Really, Breitfart and Blaze in one post?

Besides, what's the big issue, cities issue bonds, the State of Kansas bond debt is over currently over $2 billion due to their adopting austerity measures back in 2010, didn't see Brietfart nor Blaze running out to over their plight

How in a thread about police violence does it occur to you think about supposed austerity measures in Kansas? I know my mind can take some giant leaps so I'm honestly curious how yours did here.

Makes one wonder if some of these “negro/police” interactions are ways for some negroes to get a payday

Step 1: Create a scene in a public place
Step 2: Wait for police and have friends break out Obamaphones
Step 3: Post on YouTube
Step 4: Play the victim and scream RACISM
Step 5: Cue Al Sharpton
Step 6: Collect paycheck

I had a Neighbor who tried the old, Call The Police on The Black People trick ... boy did that Backfire on them Big Time ...

They thought they could tell me what to do ... Mistake #1
Then they Called The Police and Lied to the Police ... Mistake #2
They didn't take into account my home is surrounded with Video Cameras ... Mistake #3
They now have a Fraudulent Police Report on their Record ... Mistake #4

... Now they got me Fucking with them ... just for the Fun of it ... Final Mistake

Now there's a deflection

I noted your sources, but then went beyond, asking quite simply why they and you are so concerned with Chicago's bonding when you completely ignore such as Kansas who is in a much more threatening position then Chicago? If your going to raise a concern over one than you should really be focused on the other with the greater problem

1. you do remember who I am, right? hater of all things bad cop and go out of my way to publicize it?
2. kansas more threatening than chicago? WTF are you babbling about?

IT's that time of the month again ...

Whenever their Boy starts Fucking Up, they need the Chicago Routine to distract them ...

Of course none of them know Jack Shit about Chicago or would have the stones to fine out.

STY isn't a Trump guy. He's anti-cops. He posted this to show how much the police force had to pay out for its violence.

who's 'their boy' and what chicago routine?????

born and raised just west of there, what wouldn't i know?

Their Boy is The Moron and Idiot that his own Staff keeps calling him.

... and Chicago Routine is Therapy for the Butt Hurted.

So am I ... 45 Mile West

... and this impacts you ... how?

Your ignorance? Chicago's financial state? Or police brutality, which was the point of the OP?

I don't care about your ignorance or Chicago's treasury. The gradual decline into a police state, police brutality, the lack of training, oversight, and accountability does affect me however, just like it affects everyone.

The Financial State and Police Professionalism have nothing to do with each other.

Either you're a Professional of Not; a City financial state has nothing to with an Individual's Personal and Professional Responsibility and Accountability.

the money paid out is linked to the professional responsibility. the more money a city or insurance company pays out is a direct reflection of the lack of professionalism, training, and accountability

Paying out hundreds of millions of dollars for police malfeasance doesn't affect a city's financial situation? It's not a representation of their police forces lack of professionalism?

[h=1]Border patrol violence: US paid $60m to cover claims against the agency[/h]
Exclusive: analysis of more than a decade of official data reveals government paid settlements after deaths, alleged assaults and wrongful detention

The US government has paid out more than $60m in legal settlements where border agents were involved in deaths, driving injuries, alleged assaults and wrongful detention, an analysis of more than a decade of official data reveals.

Since taking office, Donald Trump has been pushing to expand the patrol force at the southern border, insisting recently on Twitter: “Border Patrol Agents are not allowed to properly do their job at the Border because of ridiculous liberal (Democrat) laws.” But while Trump has ordered national guard troops to be deployed to provide agents with extra support, the review of settlement data and details found in related court records raises concerns about the agency’s history of interactions with civilians, both native-born and immigrant.

Cases uncovered by examination of treasury payment records spanning October 2005 to July 2017, court documents and media reports reveal:

The federal government has settled at least 20 wrongful death claims on behalf of CBP, paying more than $9m to the families of people killed since 2003, in incidents including shooting, beating, use of Tasers and collisions with vehicles.

And they should be held accountable for that. My first post in this thread also applies here as well. Training and oversight would be significantly cheaper than paying out settlements. Although we are talking about the federal government, so they could probably fuck that up as well.

I'm sure you were looking for a gotcha moment of some sort but I still stand by the fact that allowing law enforcement to operate unchecked affects everyone, and yes it is a reflection of the entity that employs them. Stop being butthurt because you can't separate the point of the OP and the city this was occurring in.

You can't train the Stupid out of the idiot who shouldn't have the job in the first place.
