Jennifer Griffith, news reporter for Fox News, confirms the Atlantic’s story about Trump calling American soldiers who die losers.

“Two former sr Trump admin officials confirm .@JeffreyGoldberg reporting that President Trump disparaged veterans and did not want to drive to honor American war dead at Aisne-Marne Cemetery outside Paris.” Jennifer Griffith, Fox News 9-3-20
 
“This former official heard the President say about American veterans: "What's in it for them? They don't make any money." Source: "It was a character flaw of the President. He could not understand why someone would die for their country, not worth it."“
 
“Regarding Trump's July 4th military parade, during a planning session at the White House after seeing the Bastille Day parade in 2017, the President said regarding the inclusion of "wounded guys" "that's not a good look" "Americans don't like that," source confirms.“
 
Trumps support of the Military is indisputable, and as well that he does not despise them like Obama does...this no named sources remembrance Trump needing it explained to him why he should visit WW2 cemeteries (along with all of the other Trump hate fantasy those out to get Trump throw in with out their name attached ) does nothing for me. I generally like how Trump is always asking why and choosing to not do things if he does not get a good answer....that is what we should all be doing.

I am ready for the next "scandal",,,,surely it will be here in a few days,,,,, with more in the pipeline after that.

No it isn't, well, if you believe Trump I suppose it is, but in reality he has only increased spending on the military four hundred billion in four years, slightly less than Obama was doing, nowhere near the two trillion Trump takes credit for, and, as we know, even the money he gave the military was siphoned off for some of his pet projects as his Wall

And the "Trump is always asking why? and choosing to not do things if he does not get a good answer" is bizarre, give us some examples

That's wrong. His support of the military is actually EXTREMELY disputable.

Russia has paid bounties for American serviceman lives, and Trump has said nothing and has done nothing about it, and now, Trump is referring to our fallen heroes as losers. How in God's name that anyone can stand behind this grossly incompetent Commander in Chief is beyond me. This is absolutely disgusting, and that's all there is to it.

It strains credulity that Fox News reporters would corroborate the story unless they found the sources highly credible

Loser to Trump does not mean what you think it means....it means only that they died....to die is to lose....winners are those who live and complete the mission. with everything Trump separates people into two groups....winners and losers....Trump intends to win and he celebrates others who win...the Victim Culture Cults routine celebration of losers he has an allergic reaction to....visiting cemeteries looked to him like celebrating losers....this is one of Trumps many flaws.

With Trump you take the good with the bad but there is nothing new here, this is is enemies recycling very old news trying to make him look bad because there is an election and he needs to be defeated, they are talking about something that those of us who pay attention factored in long ago about Trump, it changes nothing.
