This initial phase is framed as a prerequisite for any further diplomatic engagement.Upon securing such assurances, the second stage would shift focus toward discussions on the management and administration of the strategically critical Strait of Hormuz, a vital artery for global energy shipments.Only in the final phase would Iran agree to include its nuclear program in the negotiation agenda. Even then, Tehran conditions this step on the successful conclusion of the first two stages, signaling a clear prioritization of security guarantees and regional stability over nuclear-related concessions.
 
I see where the Chinese have again denied that they are supplying arms to Iran, saying that Iran does not need them......they are good to go.
 
I hear many stories of revolt in the Empires military ranks, but I dont get any names for Generals who have thrown their ranks on the table.

Trump doing an extended blockade is probably the worst case scenario for everyone. Personally, I believe he’s in a no win situation so he’s decided to do nothing. Meanwhile the rest of the world including the US suffers. Iran does too but everyone loses in this situation. I think Trump realizes he can’t put boots on the ground and he’s afraid leaving would make him look weak. I don’t think the markets will like this. Trump’s gambling he can force Iran to fold before the global economy crashes. This blockade can’t continue indefinitely of course. Eventually he’s going to have to cave if Iran holds on or he’s going to put the US into a severe recession right before Midterms and if this happens he’s cooked. Enjoy the next couple months because we are going to see massive supply shocks in the economy if this blockade continues for several more weeks. Prepare for more inflation. It’s coming and there’s nothing we can do to stop it.

Hearing US Ambassador to the UN Mike Waltz speaking about ‘international law’ is, in itself, quite comical.After all the Trump administration never bothered to take the UN seriously in the first place.But let’s cut all the crap and be real: the US was played by Israel into a war with Iran.Now it turns out Iran is a formidable adversary the Trump administration is responding with this kind of desperate bullshit.There is a lesson to be learned:Don't start wars you can not win.And if you do stop whining about it.OWN THE CONSEQUENCES!!!
 
The oil embargo lasted 5 months, its negative consequences on the global economy lasted most of a decade.

We are at 2 months with this debacle.

Donald Trump's blockade of Iran is backfiring.The US is holding the world economy hostage to starve Iran, and now we are headed to Great Depression-like crisis.All because the empire can't admit defeat. If US military aggression could beat Iran, it would have happened by now. Instead, Trump is starving the whole world out of desperation. The legitimacy of the US empire will never come back from this.
