If the evidence can be established, I do not care about un-electing him at the ballot box, it cannot be tolerated. The precedent cannot established that Congress would ever allow it. I have been pro-impeachment from the time it became clear he had committed a crime. He paid off Stormy. There is testimony and a cancelled check. That was enough for me. The only thing that kept that from sticking is the Republicans who would not support it and hang their case on saying the testimony is from a proven liar. Yes, he was paid to lie, but he came clean. And he had the knowledge. To me, refusing to believe Cohen on this is blind partisanship. Cohen had no reason to lie in this case.

Glad you are joining the growing multitudes who support impeachment.

And I agree, this latest development is just more evidence.

Some people will argue that the only way to remove from Trump from office is at the ballot box since Senate Republicans clearly won't convict him. But any Democrat still making a political argument against impeachment because 2020 is the silver bullet is deluding themselves. Trump is actively rigging the election, extorting foreign powers to help him, and god knows what else. Leaving Trump to do whatever he wants unfettered so Democrats can supposedly prevail in 2020 is lunacy. That is exactly what Pelosi is doing—asking voters to provide a remedy while Trump predetermines its outcome. It's a total dereliction of duty.
