The National Review used weasel words "apparently he lost neither his Subway sandwich nor his cell phone in this brawl." So unless they can produce the video showing this, I still call bullshit.

Actually, that's SOP now. Any smell, hint, incomplete detail of anything off, wrong or an anvil coming down on one's head, the RICH hire a defense attorney. That's just the way it is. One tidbit I'd like to know is if he hired the defense attorney or if the show's production company hired a defense attorney for them or HIM. I don't know if the sources drilled down that low.

National Review was founded by William F. Buckley. It has been at the forefront of conservative thought for multiple decades. It was also one of the leading voices speaking out against Trump prior to the election and during his Presidency. You're obviously free to disagree with what NR writes and supports but hacks they are not.
