If there is a constitutional crisis coming, it is the Repubs fault. There are several big Trumpies who are deserting the SS Trumptanic. Murkowski. Christie, Bolton, even Cheney. Trump lost. That is a mathematical fact. Anyone with a shred of self-respect and dignity would have done the right thing. There are many more telling Trump to stop.
Trump ends up in the same hole with Rudy. That is no place a person should go. Rudy is a joke now and Trump is becoming a very dangerous joke. The law firms he had doing the court challenges have quit. They do not want to snuggle up with Rudy in the filth. So Rudy brought is Sydney. She was so bad that they already fired her. What a mess, another Trumpian mess. Only this one is destructive. Perhaps very destructive to the country.
 
I think that some here do not realize that these are civil cases, not criminal. There are different standards in different circumstances.
For example, in criminal cases, the burden of proving the defendant's guilt is on the prosecution, and they must establish that fact
beyond a reasonable doubt. In civil cases, the plaintiff has the burden of proving his case by a preponderance of the evidence.
And, also with civil cases the evidence is presented during discovery.

I'll be honest - right after the networks called it, Trump and his legal team had so much bluster that I thought they really had something.

At this point, it is very clear that they do not.

i've heard many trump supporters that think all they need to do is drag out the suits enough to prevent the electors from being able to vote, then trigger the house vote by state. that's their misinterpretation, that holding off the certification of the election then they can force a house vote of one vote per state

If there was evidence, it would have been presented long ago. You are correct, there is none.

All of us are aware that the lawsuits filed by your Malignant Messiah are civil in nature, and we're also cognizant of the fact that the standards of proof are different. So what? Either way, there is little to no evidence of any sort of fraud, cheating, illegalities, or vote switching. You're sounding more and more unhinged by the day.

Fuckstick, evidence is presented at a motion to dismiss the case under Rule 12 (failure to state a claim) which is how literally ALL of these lawsuits are being dismissed. Moreover, motions for summary judgment also involve an evidentiary hearing. No, it's not just discovery, and no, the Trump team has not -- and cannot -- present ANY evidence supporting ANY of their claims, hence they're 0 for 36 in their lawsuits.
