The Trump team hasn't lost ANY of their cases in Michigan (they withdrew one of them because they received what they were seeking), nor have they lost their PA case... The cases are still making their way through the court system. They are still pending.

In Pennsylvania the Trump lawyers have to four o'clock today to present an argument to the Court of Appeals that justifies the Court of Appeals taking the case.

Now tell us, the case was thrown out in the lower Court by a conservative Judge who is a member of the Heritage who not only threw the case out but went out of his way to reprimand the Trump lawyers for even bringing such a week case before him. Now how do you think the think the Court of Appeals is going to look at the case

It is over in Pennsylvania, and probably by the end of today, in Michighan, meaning Trump is done

You cannot appeal to a higher court unless a decision has been made by the lower court.
A plaintiff in a case would have no reason to appeal a case unless they lost it. Trump is the plaintiff in the case.

Because someone is appealing a case would under normal circumstances mean they lost the case in the lower court. An appeal may overturn their loss but filing an appeal doesn't mean they haven't lost the case. It just means they haven't exhausted their appeals.

No, it doesn't. All that is required is for a judge or jury to decertify the election. That is no overturning it. It is simply declaring the election void. It is up to the Michigan State legislature on where to go from there.

There are compelling legal arguments. Proofs do not exist in courts. Evidence is not a proof. Evidence exists of rampant corruption.
