Heheheh. I used to hide the kids' Easter eggs in the front and side yard but even so our smart-aleck Golden retriever found a way to get his paw far enough under the fence to snag at least one of them. They were real eggs, not plastic. He had pretty colored poop for a few days. lol

Wrong. Stop pretending to know shit you don't know. The "discovery phase" is when the attorneys collect evidence in a civil case. They issue subpoenas to witnesses, send out interrogatories, and request things like financial and bank records. This happens *after* the case has been filed. Once all evidence is received, the attorneys ask for a trial date. Only at trial is the evidence then presented.

Your Malignant Messiah's attorneys have no evidence to persuade a court that further time for discovery is needed, and the court should order the election authorities to stop counting. They have nothing, nada, zilch, bupkes, zero.

It is what it is. Your toad lost. Deal with it.

The facts don't change nor are facts semantic bullshit just because you live in a fantasy world. Trump has lost every lawsuit before he appealed to a higher court. Legal requirement is that a case must be decided before it can be appealed. The legal standard is that any case that has been decided is no longer pending.

The only one providing bullshit here is you attempting to claim that Trump has not lost any lawsuits since they are still "pending".

By the way, you never did show you can count past "one" by acknowledging the 3 cases I provided where Trump withdrew the entire lawsuit or substantial parts of it.
