No collusion: How Americans were fed a false tale about Donald Trump's 2016 campaign

Why try to spin? Just name the Russian agent dickhead.

if you want dickhead to name the agent, you must mean yakuda. but i will answer it for you, illiterate clown.

The Senate Judiciary Committee released roughly 1,800 pages of documents on its investigation into Donald Trump Jr.'s meeting with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya at Trump Tower in June 2016.

With Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort by his side, Trump Jr. met with several Russians for what he hoped was damaging information on his father's opponent, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

Here are the eight people confirmed to be at the meeting:

1. Donald Trump Jr., the president's eldest son

2. Natalia Veselnitskaya, a Russian lawyer

3. Rob Goldstone, a British music publicist who organized the meeting

4. Jared Kushner, Trump's senior adviser and son-in-law

5. Paul Manafort, Trump's campaign chairman at the time

6. Rinat Akhmetshin, a Russian lobbyist

7. Anatoli Samochornov, a translator

8. Irakly 'Ike' Kaveladze, vice president of the Crocus Group

Trump Jr. invited campaign chairman Paul Manafort and senior advisor Jared Kushner to
attend the meeting, and both attended. Members of the Campaign discussed the meeting before it
occurred, and Michael Cohen recalled that Trump Jr. may have told candidate Trump about an
upcoming meeting to receive adverse information about Clinton, without linking the meeting to
Russia. According to written answers submitted by President Trump, he has no recollection of
learning of the meeting at the time, and the Office found no documentary evidence showing that he
was made aware of the meeting—or its Russian connection—before it occurred.

The Russian attorney who spoke at the meeting, Natalia Veselnitskaya, had previously
worked for the Russian government and maintained a relationship with that government throughout
this period of time.
She claimed that funds derived from illegal activities in Russia were provided
to Hillary Clinton and other Democrats.

From approximately 1998 until 2001, Veselnitskaya worked as a prosecutor for
the Central Administrative District of the Russian Prosecutor’s Office
, and she continued to
perform government-related work and maintain ties to the Russian government following her
departure.678 She lobbied and testified about the Magnitsky Act, which imposed financial
sanctions and travel restrictions on Russian officials and which was named for a Russian tax
specialist who exposed a fraud and later died in a Russian prison.679 Putin called the statute “a
purely political, unfriendly act,” and Russia responded by barring a list of current and former U.S.
officials from entering Russia and by halting the adoption of Russian children by U.S. citizens.680
Veselnitskaya performed legal work for Denis Katsyv,681 the son of Russian businessman Peter
Katsyv, and for his company Prevezon Holdings Ltd., which was a defendant in a civil-forfeiture
action alleging the laundering of proceeds from the fraud exposed by Magnitsky.6

On June 7, Goldstone emailed Trump Jr. and said that “Emin asked that I schedule a
meeting with you and [t]he Russian government attorney who is flying over from Moscow.”

Trump Jr. replied that Manafort (identified as the “campaign boss”), Jared Kushner, and Trump
Jr. would likely attend. Goldstone was surprised to learn that Trump Jr., Manafort, and Kushner
would attend. Kaveladze [Grand Jury] “puzzled” by the list of attendees and that he
checked with one of Emin Agalarov’s assistants, Roman Beniaminov, who said that the purpose
of the meeting was for Veselnitskaya to convey “negative information on Hillary Clinton.”

COLLUDERS

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Blowjob Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of (Deep) State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow.

The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later.

The Department of Justice decided to continue "investigating" this for four years without Congress or the public knowing.

The "investigation" was supervised by then-U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein, who became Deputy Attorney General, and then-Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who became the deputy FBI director.

Robert Mueller was head of the FBI from Sept 2001-Sept 2013 until James Comey took over as FBI Director in 2013. They were both involved in Russian collusion - since this case started in 2009 and ended in 2015.

The failing New York Times even reported on the crooked deal in 2015:

As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, lots of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation.

Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million.

Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

The Clintons took cash from Uranium One officials before the deal was approved by Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

The Clintons hid the donations - a clear violation of the Memorandum of Understanding Hillary Clinton signed with the Obama administration wherein she promised and agreed to publicly disclose all donations during her tenure as Secretary of State.

Nine shareholders in Uranium One just happened to provide more than $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to (Deep) State Department approval.

those are lies. the clintons did not get one penny from the foundation, it all goes to the charity. name the ny times article, so i can fact check if that even happened.

May 2015 saw the publication of a book called Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich, an exposé of alleged Clinton Foundation corruption written by Peter Schweizer, a former Hoover Institution fellow and editor-at-large at the right-wing media company Breitbart.

A chapter in the book suggests that the Clinton family and Russia each may have benefited from a “pay-for-play” scheme while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, involving the transfer of U.S. uranium reserves to the new Russian owners of an international mining operation in exchange for $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation.

The mining company, Uranium One, was originally based in South Africa, but merged in 2007 with Canada-based UrAsia Energy. Shareholders there retained a controlling interest until 2010, when Russia’s nuclear agency, Rosatom, completed purchase of a 51% stake. Hillary Clinton played a part in the transaction insofar as it involved the transfer of ownership of a material deemed important to national security — uranium, amounting to one-fifth of U.S. reserves (a fraction re-estimated by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) at closer to one-tenth of the United States’ uranium production capacity in 2017) — thus requiring the approval of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), on which the U.S. Secretary of State sits.

During the same time frame that the acquisition took place, the Clinton Foundation accepted contributions from nine individuals associated with Uranium One totaling more than $100 million, Schweizer claimed in Clinton Cash.

Trump’s campaign repeated the allegation in a September 2016 press release, and again in an October 2016 television ad stating that Clinton “gave American uranium rights to the Russians”:

The Uranium One Deal Was Not Clinton’s to Veto or Approve

Among the ways these accusations stray from the facts is in attributing a power of veto or approval to Secretary Clinton that she simply did not have. Clinton was one of nine cabinet members and department heads that sit on the CFIUS, and the secretary of the treasury is its chairperson. CFIUS members are collectively charged with evaluating proposed foreign acquisitions for potential national security issues, then turning their findings over to the president. By law, the committee can’t veto a transaction; only the president can.

All nine federal agencies were required to approve the Uranium One transaction before it could go forward. According to The New York Times, Clinton may not have even directly participated in the decision. Then-Assistant Secretary of State Jose Fernandez, whose job it was to represent the State Dept. on CFIUS, said Clinton “never intervened” in committee matters. Clinton herself has said she wasn’t personally involved.

There Is No Evidence That Uranium Went to Russia

That a change of company ownership occurred doesn’t mean that 10 to 20 percent of America’s uranium literally went to Russia. Neither Uranium One nor ARMZ (Rosatom’s mining subsidiary) is licensed to export uranium from the U.S. to other countries.

Of the $145 million allegedly contributed to the Clinton Foundation by Uranium One investors, the lion’s share — $131.3 million — came from a single donor, Frank Giustra, the company’s Canadian founder. But Giustra sold off his entire stake in the company in 2007, three years before the Russia deal and at least 18 months before Clinton became secretary of state,

FBI information about corruption in a Clinton-approved uranium deal with Russia raised questions about Hillary Clinton’s actions after the FBI broke up a deep-cover Russian spy ring in 2010.

For a decade, the FBI ran an operation called Ghost Stories to monitor and rip apart a deep-cover Russian agent network.

Ghost Stories tracked a ring Russian spies who lived between Boston and Washington, D.C., under false identities.

It was one of the FBI’s most successful counterintelligence operations in history.

After the FBI arrested 10 Russian spies in June, 2010, Secretary of (Deep) State Hillary Clinton worked feverishly to return the Russian agents to Moscow in a hastily arranged, lopsided deal with Putin.

It all happened as the uranium deal was in play: An arrangement to provide Moscow’s state Rosatom nuclear agency with 20 percent of American uranium capacity, with $145,000,000 to pour into the Clinton Family Foundation.

Nope. Mueller explained that his position did not have collusion as an option. He explained that clearly. That justice could not say collusion, although it clearly was.

Page 1, Mueller said he was never investigating collusion. Even the first two pages are too much for right winger to read.

Yes, Mueller said "collusion" has no legal meaning. No surprise right wingers talk about a meaningless word.

Prove she was a Russian Agent dickhead.

it clearly does not, dumbfuck. what is says is that collusion IS NOT A CRIME- chickenshit, unamerican, maybe impeachable, but NOT A CRIME. mueller said it was up to co[ngress to decide.

The nation's number one authority on crime said this:
The special counsel found that Russia did interfere with the election, but “did not find that the Trump campaign, or anyone associated with it, conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in these efforts, despite multiple efforts from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign.”
https://www.americanbar.org/news/abanews/aba-news-archives/2019/03/mueller-concludes-investigation/

Now if you can give me a quote from the Mueller report that finds collusion by the Trump campaign go ahead and give it to us.

BTW two and maybe three Democrats have been arrested for illegal activity associated with trying to set up Trump.

Trump seized on collusion because was told it was not a possible charge. He repeated it over and over fooling his followers. They still have not recovered from that. They talk about it here not knowing it is a false flag.
