Omar 'Outraged' Over Soleimani Killing, About 9/11 Not So Much

The traitor class has been particularly vocal ever since Qasem Soleimani was killed. The ever-winsome Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) tweeted Friday: “We are outraged the president would assassinate a foreign official, possibly setting off another war without Congressional authorization and has zero plan to deal with the consequences.” Wait, what? Soleimani was a “foreign official”? Isn’t Ilhan Omar aware that Soleimani was no staid and stolid Iranian “official” sitting bored behind a desk somewhere in Tehran, but was responsible for the deaths of over 600 U.S. soldiers in Iraq? Yes, she does know, and clearly she doesn’t care.

We know that she knows because she adds in the tweet quoted above: “But of course you know that.” She was addressing Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), responding to his tweet that said: “According the the [sic] Obama Department of Defense, Qasem Soleimani was a terrorist directly responsible for the murder of over 500 US service men & women. Why are congressional Dems outraged that he’s finally dead?”

Why all the fuss just because some people did something?

Some president did something - nothing to get your burka in a twist over, Ilhan.

Sucks when somebody does something to your pals don’t it?

Iran has been given an almost consequence-free ride since this odious regime came to power in 1979. They should have been checked back to their own turf many decades ago, as they have done nothing but stir up trouble throughout the Middle East and Europe since the Ayatollah replaced the Shah.

Trump will have to deal with this failure to act, but I am sure he will deal with it. This won’t be an easy situation, there is probably no appetite for full-scale invasion and regime change. The Iranian people (many of whom hate the regime) need to accomplish that. But if they start to rise up, we should not abandon them at that point as Obama did.

Why did the government change in 79? Could it be that they overthrew a dictator that we forcibly installed? The Shah was a butcher and a thief. It reigned in terror for 2 decades thanks to us.
You dork. Iran is 4 times the size of Iraq and very mountainous. Rightys always envision a weekend war and then a parade. It does not work that way.
