Sounds like to me if you're going to make such a statement, you should actually try to do it yourself. Or are you going to be like the others making similar statements then running when expected to back up their statements?

The economy moves slowly. Sometimes, enormous changes can occur without the average person being able to spot the effects for months — or even years. So, while you might be getting sick of reading about just how big a change you’re in store for because of the trade war between the U.S. and China, the simple fact is that the American economy is beginning to reflect the added costs of tariffs on imports to the U.S. as well as the retaliatory tariffs on American goods being shipped elsewhere.
But, rest assured, there are definitely some Americans who are not looking around wondering what the big deal is. If you run a soybean farm or a furniture store, you’re already feeling the sting in a major way. And while changes to something like the price of a bushel of corn on commodity markets might not seem like something you should worry about, the simple fact is that it probably is — you just don’t know it yet.
So, here’s a look at some changes in prices for various everyday goods and commodities caused by the trade war.

I've posted several times including an actual c&p of a memo I received from one of my prime suppliers, the amounts they were raising prices due to tariff increases. They let us know in early May that they would 'absorb' the first round. As of JUL 1 they would be revisiting. +10%. At exactly this moment, I have a $19k order pending sample approval. It is straddling both dates and I'm sweating bullets.

They do have to report the news. The stupid shit Trump does is shameful. They have to say it. What is good about Trump? In spite of his ignorance, his economic stupidity has not killed the economy yet? He has pissed off and pushed away Americans long term allies and embraced dictators. That must be good. Trump lies like no president or politician in history. He has a 5th-grade vocabulary and 5th-grade brain. I never heard a president say crazy shit over and over like Trump. The Repubs are able to shrug it off with Trump being Trump, but the rest of the world does not think like that. They want an American president they can respect and is dependable.
