Diversity Makes Greatness
Hello cawacko,
No it isn't like that at all. And Obama DID lose support. It is not the same at all. Obama had strong popularity upon election. (60% +) Obama paid a heavy price for getting health care reform passed. He spent political capital to get that. All the media outlets were reporting on his case, all were critical.
Like that was the only reason that biased bunch went belly up. They supported the Iraq war but it went out of popularity. They falsely attacked Deepak Chopra and had to pay a big settlement. And it's not clear the faux media outlet *ever* made any money at all. It was Murdoch's toy until he got what he wanted, the Wall Street Journal. Then it was nothing to him, dismissed, no longer supported.
Why are you being critical of me personally? That really makes it look like you're losing the argument so you're going personal. I haven't said anything about you. I've been talking about national issues and suddenly you're talking about me? I see that as waving the white flag on your position. Trying to deflect.
That's like me saying "if MSNBC and other liberal media outlets had criticized Obama more of his supporters would have disliked him. Instead they just listened to an echo chamber of how good he's doing and are told to think that."

Look what happened to publications such as the Weekly Standard. They were originally part of the #NeverTrump movement and now they are out of business.

With all due respect you're just as partisan as anyone. You really can't criticize others for doing exactly what you yourself do. You generally only want to hear good things about the people you support and bad things about those you don't. That's what cable news provides (as well as partisan online media).
