Floyd’s death was a HOMICIDE. Death at the hands of another. He died cardiopulmonary arrest due to the extended neck compression. Several other experts testified he DID NOT die from a drug overdose. He DID NOT die from asphyxiation.

Tucker Carlson has not provided evidence showing George Floyd was not murdered by Chauvin.

A recently published deposition Carlson quotes, which mentioned an alleged conversation with a medical examiner who conducted Floyd's autopsy, provides no new information about Floyd's death.

The examiner, Dr. Andrew Baker, said in court that his death was labeled homicide caused by "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression."

A claim Carlson makes that Baker "understood" Floyd died of "natural causes" is false, as is Carlson's claim that Floyd's autopsy shows he was not killed by Chauvin.

The trial was held in the county courthouse and prosecuted by the state attorney general's office who took it over from the county prosecutor. The jurors were from the county where 2/3 of prospective jurors don't live in Minneapolis.
State crimes can't be sent to another state for prosecution.

New "bombshell" evidence prooves that Police Officer, Derek Chauvin, was not guilty of 2nd-degree manslaughter in the death of George Floyd. Chauvin, an innocent man, was sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison.


Chauvin's legal team are lodging an appeal with the SCOTUS.


Though they do not know if the SCOTUS will take on the case.


If Chauvin's appeal was upheld by the SCOTUS, it could likely trigger large-scale, Black rioting across America.


It is a fact that Chauvin was rail-roaded and ought not have been convicted for Floyd's death. Floyd died of cardiac arrest from a fentanyl overdose, NOT suffocation/asphyxia, and now there is water-tight proof of the fact.


Still, the SCOTUS have a history of not taking on cases that may cause civil upheaval (in this case Black rioting) because they are too "frightened and spineless" to do the right thing in seeing that justice is served.


Derek Chauvin's conviction for the manslaughter of George Floyd (a criminal drug dealer and all-round LOW-LIFE) was an outrageous miscarriage of justice. Chauvin is a young man, serving 22 1/2 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.
