I never started following the case so I can't comment on the results of the verdict but I trust the court system. No system is perfect but just like voting, the results should be accepted and respected.

Just like when Stephanos Bibas, who was appointed by President Donald Trump said:
*"Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so," Bibas wrote.
"Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.*Trump’s Campaign's claims have no merit."

Accept and respect the court findings and move on.

False equivalence fallacy. Evidence does not require a court. You can't make the evidence go away by wishing, dude. You cannot equivocate something a court decided not to hear vs a criminal trial.

The jury ruled correctly.

Now Kyle can file lawsuits against MSNBC, CNN, and Biden for slander, and he should.

Yes and no. I respect the court system and the finality of a verdict (appeal?) but I will and often do take issue with the results.

Two main aspects to the law certum and verum.

I don't accept the result as yielding truth but will move on and not dwell. I accept the reality of the decision and disagree with it.
