Tax The Rich.

Today is the 10 year anniversary of Occupy.
It's funny how these days even Republican message board posters posture as anti-Wall Street, anti-big bank populists.

12 years ago they would have considered that kind of Occupy rhetoric to be openly Communist.

99% of wealth in this country is owned by just 1% of people.

Those people only pay 40% of the taxes despite owning 99% of the wealth.

Get back to me when you educate yourself on the difference between wealth and income dipshit. :palm:

So whatever they don't pay in taxes, YOU PAY FOR THEM.

The IRS says they pay the lions share. Stop spamming the forum with lame, lie filled strawmen scarecrow. :palm:

And you defend that system...why? Because you're a fucking idiot.

Wrong, I defend it because I have seen what the Marxist policies you promote have done to Venezuela, Cuba, South Africa, Zimbabwe, DETROIT and a host of other socialist shit holes.

You argue for socialism because you're the fucking idiot. Not mention uneducated, unhinged and lacking any self awareness.
:palm:

You're never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever going to be wealthy enough for tax increases to matter to you.

You're never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever going to be anything but an unhinged, low IQ loser on steroids. ;)

He's part of "the poor" (and stupid) "who will always be with you"...a parasite.

Not to mention an unhinged, sociopathic lying piece of human excrement. Notice how stubbornly he avoids the post I illustrated how much Americans would have to be taxed to pay for all this garbage the Democrats are trying to dump before the 2022 mid terms?

Does anyone have a moron translator for this unintelligible diatribe? :palm:

Why are rightys working with such scant knowledge? The wealthy have had their taxes cut over and over since Reagan. The fact that they pay a large part of the total taxes collected, just tells you that have all the money. https://apps.urban.org/features/wealth-inequality-charts/

while your links give some information, they miss the root causes. Democratic leadership creates that gap as they over tax the middle class driving more and more of them to the poor dependent class. We are seeing now with Joe Biden paying people $35-40k to sit at home instead of looking for and securing a job make twice or more. Democratic leadership increases cost of living every time they are in the drivers seat. Penalizing the burdens of society instead of rewarding them over and over for bad behavior is the way to go.

We have had trickle up economics for a couple of generations. The wealth has moved up to the top and the tax base has dropped. The wealth gap is worse than during the Gilded Age.

What effort?

Most wealth is inherited, so there's no effort.

Liar.

Our study of millionaires blows that theory out of the water. Only 21% of millionaires received any inheritance at all. Just 16% inherited more than $100,000. And get this: Only 3% received an inheritance at or above $1 million!

Think about that: 74% of millennials believe millionaires inherited their money, but the vast majority of millionaires didn’t get any inheritance at all—and those who did certainly didn’t get enough to make them millionaires!

Proving that the vast majority of millennials are wrong and idiots...like LV.

When you use lying sources, you only fuck yourself over:

Of the total wealth of the population, Kessler and Masson estimated that 35 percent originated from inheritances or gifts. Among those who had reported receiving an intergenerational transfer (who were about two and a half times richer than the average household), the corresponding proportion was 40 percent.

Trump cut taxes at the end of 2017, and then a year later, Manufacturing entered into a recession, with the rest of the economy following a year after that.

Low taxes always translate to recessions.

Always.

Even if the 35% figure is true (it isn't) 65% did not inherit wealth.

A proven lie.

Forbes:

"Those “born on first base” — in upper-class families, with inheritances up to $1 million — make up 22 percent of the 400."

LV is a proven liar.
