I've just proven, with actual tax data from 2018 that this is not true.......the top 1% of tax payers get 20% of the income and pay 40% of the tax......

-Show proof of earned income
-Have investment income below $3,650 in the tax year you claim the credit
-Have a valid Social Security number
-Claim a certain filing status
-Be a U.S. citizen or a resident alien all year

It's literally the first requirement.

sorry fuckwit.......the sources identify a maximum earned income, but not a minimum.......if you aren't smart enough to earn $100 turning in popcans for the deposit I guess you've missed your chance for an EIC check.......
