"OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TRAVEL COST $114 MILLION, TRUMP'S SO FAR IS $10 MILLION"

https://www.newsweek.com/obama-administration-travel-costs-114-million-trump-723883

That's nice, but your link is from 2017..... when Trump hadn't even been in office for a full year yet. My Forbes link is from this month, and says that so far Trump's vacations -- not including the political rallies that Judicial Watch includes in their Obama travel costs -- are "$105 to $108 million." So after 2-1/2 years in office, Toadstool has cost us almost as much as Obama did in his entire eight-year term. Not including Trump's political rally expenses.

The "political" part is the right's consistent hatred for foreigners.

The that political part is being artificially introduced into religious teachings to attack a person's political views. Criticize their political views about foreigners, leave their religion out of it. It is phony.

What it means is that your religious beliefs are meaningless. You change them on a whim to support your political beliefs.

I'm not religious.

You got it backwards. I didn't say anything about a person changing his religious views, I was referring to a person changing his political views so they would conform to what some critic thinks they should be to be consistent.

Post the link that proves that, Miss Marple.

From one of your RW rags the Washington Examiner: The final tab for former President Obama's eight years of family travel to ski resorts, beaches and European cities has finally come in and the bill is $99,714,527.82. Let's round up to $100 million.

From Newsweek in May 2019: President Donald Trump's golf outings have already cost U.S. taxpayers at least $102 million, according to an analysis from the HuffPost.

I hope you're not going to criticize my sources, Mr. Earl.

So then trump is winning....... He accomplished in a few years what took Obama 8 years.. What a wimp.:corn:

According to GAO, Trump took four trips alone to Mar-A-Lago in Feb. 2017, a few weeks after being sworn into office. Those trips cost taxpayers $13.5M. (source: https://www.gao.gov/assets/700/696512.pdf) How many trips to FL and to his other properties has he taken in the 2-1/2 years since?

By contrast, Obama's non-presidential travel costs were ~ $100M spread out over eight years.

"Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, obtained government records in December 2016 near the end of the Obama administration and summarized the Obama family's eight years of travel, putting the known cost at $96.9 million. "The Obamas' notorious abuse of presidential travel perks wasted military resources and stressed the Secret Service. Judicial Watch estimates that the final costs of Obama's unnecessary vacation and political travel will well exceed $100 million," Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in December. At that time, he added: "President-elect Trump can immediately save taxpayers money by reforming presidential travel." *

* (Note that Judicial Watch is including in the ~$100M figure "political travel." You know, like Toadstool's many, many political rallies.)

"What is Fitton saying about Trump's travels so far? "It's a rather obvious use of taxpayer resources for seemingly unnecessary purposes."" (source: https://www.tampabay.com/opinion/columns/when-vacations-cost-millions/2320612 )

From Forbes (July 2019):

"From a combination of an analysis from the HuffPost, the GAO or General Accounting Office, Politico and the Washington Post using costs from both Obama and Trump golf trips the estimated cost of Trump’s visits so far come to a range of $105 to $108 million. When you extrapolate the $105 million estimate to eight years, assuming Trump is re-elected, the total cost is over $340 million." (source: https://www.forbes.com/sites/chuckj...cost-taxpayers-over-340-million/#47ac3de528aa )

IOW, Trump is projected to triple the Obamas' "notorious abuse of presidential travel perks", and the same people who were up in arms about Obama are completely silent about Trump.

Only because their religion is phony.

IOW, you don't think that a person needs to have consistent beliefs or that their behavior should be consistent with their expressed religious beliefs. IOW their supposed religious beliefs are meaningless.

Notice that the date of that article is from late in 2017 and, even so, doesn't specify what dates are included in the Trump totals.

Even if he spent twice as much in each year after, he's still behind Obama.

I was wondering if you considered that the chant of ' Send them back ' related to you, paleface.

If they don't like this country, our constitution as written, and can't adapt to our language and traditions, they should leave.

It's their country and their Constitution and they have the right to criticize both as they choose.

When your ancestors arrived they didn't live in teepees and learn the native American languages, did they, paleface.

What business is it of yours, stupid foreigner?

Amazing, isn't it? And then there's the Tea Party. Remember the Huge Concern About the Deficit and National Debt in 2009? Where are they now? <crickets>
