Evidently women in the medical profession are having trouble finding men to provide mentorships for them because the men are worried/cautious about being accused of sexual harassment.

As a man who has been very careful throughout his career not to put himself in compromising positions with female colleagues or students (we were actually taught how to avoid situations in college and I was advised more by my first principal) I can understand the men’s point of view.

The article is written from the female perspective though. It does lead to interesting thoughts ... which should lead to interesting discussion.
