20% of all COVID deaths in Texas were in nursing homes (NY saw 24%).
Which means 80% of all COVID deaths in Texas had nothing to do with nursing homes or vulnerable people; it has everything to do with the lies you continue to spread about COVID....even after those lies cost Trump the election and the GOP the House and Senate.
So focusing on nursing homes and the vulnerable isn't and wasn't enough.
I'm certain justice will be done for regular citizens. Trump will get likely away with any Federal crimes but I still think the militias are going to send him a message or two in some way, shape or form. Trump could spend a billion dollars on his NY defense and die comfortably in Mar-a-Lago in 5+ years. A small percentage of the militia-types or violent Qless will do hard time to life. There's a reason why the big charges haven't been filed yet. It's only been about six months. If the charges aren't out by next January, then the chances they will be start to diminish.....unless new evidence comes up.
I still laugh at the number of assholes arrested for posting their shit on their social medial pages...just like Trump asked them.

Even if Trump lied, hid evidence or any other bad thing you could think of, Trump’s chief adviser was saying “the risk is low and you don’t need to change anything” in *late February*. If Trump instituted any sort of draconian mitigation schemes [like what we ended up with] any time before late March it would have been *against* the counsel of Fauci. Hell, Pelosi probably would have impeached him for it, again.
This is all moot anyway, because the CCP was sending their nationals aboard international flights while they were lying about human to human transmission. The virus was already in our population—and sufficiently established, to cause the pandemic.
