Okay, Trump is his usual bulldozer self. Reading all the articles, I'd say the "screaming" part is hyperbolic and likely untrue. On the other hand, Trump yelling and making impossible demands of subordinates is very believable. In the Jerusalem Post article there's this for example:

Military planners have reportedly presented options for the seizure of Kharg Island, the strategic hub for 90% of Iran’s oil exports.

That argues he's his usual bluster, exaggeration, hyperbole, and talking smack while actually making more reasonable decisions behind that.

While this in the Yahoo article is second hand, it too is reasonable:

“Images of the 1979 Iranian hostage crisis — one of the biggest international policy failures of a presidency in recent times — had been looming large in his mind,” WSJ reported.

It sounds like Trump the bulldozer and I think in many ways that's better than wimps like Obama and Biden running things. Trump scares people because of what they think he'll do. Obama and Biden were often doormats instead.
