Correct. But it's also true that vaccination is a much more effective way to continue that immunity. And it can be targeted and boosted at will.

Vaccination is not needed for someone that has already recovered from covid19. It does NOTHING to provide immunity. They are already immune and will be for life.

A virus variant is simply a slight mutation that makes it different from the original strain. Saying that you can't have a variant of a variant is saying a virus will only mutate once, and then is incapable of mutating again.

Absolute bullshit.

Covid-19 burns down to a low level every couple of months, and then comes back again. We have seen that cycle now a couple of times.
