US Steel has announced it's dropping its plan to expand a Pennsylvania steel mill to supply the auto industry. They're citing a combination of foot dragging by local building officials and the Biden administration push on Gorebal Warming.

They're also dropping a plan to frack natural gas to supply this plant adjacent to it due to the Biden administration.

So much for American jobs from the Biden administration. Good paying jobs gone in a state hurting for good paying jobs. Maybe Pennsylvanians will remember this come 2022...

They were doing 2-3 expansions. Wiped out now.

Don't worry, I'm sure those circuit board assembly plants will be approved any day now. Totally gonna stop handing over production of literally fucking everything to the Buganese any second. Just wait.

Daily reminder that General Douglas MacArthur was right and we should have nuked Beijing in the 1950s.

Yep. Joe will make America self sufficient.

As for the steel industry, cheap Chinese steels are flooding our markets. They are inferior to the more expensive American steels. Replacement car parts (fenders, sheet metal, etc.) are thinner.
Steelworkers make good money, foundries are hot, miserable jobs, but still good jobs. I guess 'ole Joe wants to keep the Chinese employed.

It's just that Joke thinks he's saving the planet from Gorebal Warming or some idiocy like that by not making steel here but buying it from China, Korea, or wherever... He's probably been listening to An Oblivious Cunt or something...

I'd say it's more Chinese "intervention," he's gotta pay them back for helping him get elected.
I'd bet his tax plan is what put the shits to the large American business from expanding, all while watching small businesses folding like a house of cards.

Pennsylvania will, but will the election be possible to hold in 2022?

The only reason our electronics industry was destroyed in the United States was because of Democrats passing eco laws.

How did China help him get elected?

There was no valid election.

They knew it in 2020 already, and voted for Trump (in what was supposed to be an election), but The Big Lie happened and President Trump got stolen away from them via Demonkkkrat coup... #TheBigLie

China did not interfere in the 2020 election. Fact. Next.

"Key Judgment 4: We assess that China did not deploy interference efforts and considered but did not deploy influence efforts intended to change the outcome of the US Presidential election. We have high confidence in this judgment. China sought stability in its relationship with the United States, did not view either election outcome as being advantageous enough for China to risk getting caught meddling, and assessed its traditional influence tools primarily targeted economic measures and lobbying-would be sufficient to meet its goal of shaping US China policy regardless of the winner. "

The bolded is crucial messaging to get out. I agree that we shouldn't be referring to what happened on November 3rd (and weeks afterward) as an "election" in any way/shape/form. Biden was installed, not elected, and I like what Trump is doing, hereby referring to the event as The Big Lie.

According to the article, US Steel sais it was canceling its plans because “the world has changed in the two years since it announced its intentions. Biden has been President for four months, so, how is this his fault?
