War criminal Trump must be brought to justice

Speaking at a press briefing, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said the US blockade on the Strait of Hormuz violates the UN Charter and international law and only serves to escalate tensions.

Zakharova said measures such as intercepting vessels or blocking Iranian ports "must be viewed as strictly unilateral and illegal", both under the UN Charter and the international maritime law.

"This is yet another arbitrary interpretation by Washington of the international legal framework, which only contributes to the further escalation of the conflict and, naturally, leads to corresponding economic consequences," she said.

According to the UN Charter, the imposition of a naval blockade is only possible by decision of the UN Security Council as one of the collective measures to restore and maintain international peace and security.

Security Council Determination (Article 39)The process starts here: "The Security Council shall determine the existence of any threat to the peace, breach of the peace, or act of aggression and shall make recommendations, or decide what measures shall be taken in accordance with Articles 41 and 42, to maintain or restore international peace and security."

Blockade is explicitly named as an example of authorized forcible action under Article 42. It must be a collective measure decided by the Security Council.

No such authorization has been granted in the current Strait of Hormuz situation (as of April 2026), which is why statements like Maria Zakharova's describe unilateral U.S. actions as "strictly unilateral and illegal" under the Charter. Only the UNSC (not individual states) can make this determination.

Despite the bully Trump's use of illegal force against a nation the size of Alaska, the sustained feasibility of a hermetic blockade is highly suspect due to severe operational hazards and a profound lack of international burden-sharing.

There is no "coalition of the willing". People have learned that American promises are worthless, and even if you help them, they will abandon you when they cut and run. Many Vietnamese, Iraqis, and Afghans could testify, except that the USA abandoned them to certain death when the cowardly Americans "bugged out".

Enforcing a blockade within the confined, congested waters of the Strait of Hormuz exposes United States surface combatants to constant, overlapping threats from shore-based anti-ship cruise missiles and fast-attack drone swarms.

Furthermore, the diplomatic isolation of the United States significantly degrades the long-term viability of the operation.

Traditional allies and regional partners are acutely aware that participating in a unilateral blockade without United Nations authorization invites accusations of engaging in an illegal act of aggression under Article 2(4) of the United Nations Charter.

America need not worry because the hypocrites is not a party to the Rome Statute, the treaty that established the ICC. the United States is not a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and does not recognize its jurisdiction over American citizens.

Trump to 'blow up Iran'

Donald Trump has threatened to 'blow up Iran',

Alexandru Hudisteanu, a military and diplomatic analyst, said the situation has effectively reset despite brief hopes of de-escalation.

“I think we are not necessarily in a very much different situation than we were two days before. For the commercial shipping, we are back at square zero. But between the US and Iran, we’re back at square one.”

Iran’s temporary reopening of the strait was a calculated move that quickly unravelled when Washington failed to respond in kind.

That show of goodwill that Iran tried to give was rescinded because the US didn’t show something in return.

Iran is never going to give America the Strait of Hormuz.

Yet, tyrant Trump's "Energy Secretary" Chris Wright, desperate to claim that US gasoline prices are going to return to low levels, says the US “is not too far away from a deal”.

“There are negotiations with the Iranians going on despite what you hear in the chatter in public. I think those are actually going well,” Wright lied on US television.

Wright described the madman Trump as “a creative negotiator” who uses “pressure in different ways, uses uncertainty in different ways”.
