Biden had to establish a system to move and keep tabs on the vaccines. Trump was playing golf. The system is working. When the vaccines are available, they will be sent and tracked. 1. Trump was one of the LAST leaders to put a travel ban on China, not one of the first.

2. That travel ban included 40,000 loopholes, virtually none of whom were tested, traced, screened, or quarantined upon returning to the US.

3. Most of the infected came from Europe, not China, and Trump was again late to the party in placing travel restrictions on Europe. What ended up happening instead is that Europe placed travel restrictions on us. Then Canada did.

4. The biggest bulk of infected were on the cruise ship that Trump dithered around and then eventually brought the people off the cruise ship and into their homes, where they spread the disease even further.

5. The China Travel Ban was indeed xenophobic because it allowed for 40,000 American loopholes, as I said in point #2 above.
