That's not true. Most stereotypes are false.

At a campaign event in South Carolina on Thursday, Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush was asked how he planned to include black people in his campaign and get them to vote for him.
Bush responded, “Our message is one of hope and aspiration.” But he didn’t stop there. He continued: “It isn’t one of division and get in line and we’ll take care of you with free stuff. Our message is one that is uplifting — that says you can achieve earned success.”
 
Racism is so tough a topic. I have heard people say the most racist things and then deny their racism. The apologetic jump is, others are racist, I am a rationalist. lol Unconscious maybe.

I think it pretty easy really

black people get to tell us what offends them


brown people get to say what offends them

Jewish people get to tell us what offends them


get it


you have to accept what people tell you offends them


racism is all wrapped up in that one


racists are the people who refuse to accept this simple idea


they just call the people they hate liars when they tell them something was offensive to them


as in


black people say calling them the n word is offensive to them when it comes from a non black person

the racist will respond with "RACE CARD, that's not racist, quit whining" or the like

OK, accepted. That may be a comparable rate (although it has nothing to do with the reasoning for blacks who are Republicans.)

We agree that a small proportion of blacks are Republicans. Then our disagreement then becomes over how many, but that means not all Republicans are racists.

And that means that stating that all Republicans are racists is a stereotype.

It is OK for us to recognize this and still disagree with the major positions of the Republican party.

It only serves to reinforce our convictions if we vote against tax cuts for the rich during a time of extreme and growing wealth inequality

Nope. Never knew him. However, if we are allowed to cross the divide of time and space, I suppose I miss Grendel. Society has never been the same since that republican Beowulf nailed his hand to the mead hall door, and then tracked down his poor mother and murdered her in cold blood such is the inhumanity of conservatives.
