I don't understand MN standards and/or guidelines for cops there. There is no reason to have placed pressure on the neck of someone on the ground
and cuffed resulting in asphyxiating him. Sit on the guys legs. Tie his ankles together if you must. But, THIS was outrageous. :(

Meanwhile, this is another MONEY grab by the attorney and the family. They don't care about justice; just enriching themselves. If these cops see a court room and are found to have operated within police guidelines during a confrontation, and found not guilty, the fools in this part of town will burn their own house down.
