DiSantis cannot refuse extradition per the constitution.....he knows that already.....is posturing for his master to avoid retribution to preserve his 2024 presidential chances

The Extradition Clause in the US Constitution requires states, upon demand of another state, to deliver a fugitive from justice who has committed a "treason, felony or other crime" to the state from which the fugitive has fled. 18 U.S.C. § 3182 sets the process by which an executive of a state, district, or territory of the United States must arrest and turn over a fugitive from another state, district, or territory.

Trump failed to pardon militia participants in the Insurrection as implied or stated by his reps during planning.

When Trump threw all of them under a bus by refusing to pardon them, and, worse, but labeling them criminals, then Trump betrayed them.

Notice that all the recent noise is coming from the Qless, not the militias. The militias have gone to ground....and not just to avoid prosecution either. I think they're a planning something "special" for Trump....or his representatives would could be Miller, Stone, Junior and/or Rudy.

My best advice is for everyone to stay out of blast radius range of Trump. :thup:
