Rittenhouse found not guilty. Respect the court system.

There should be no respect for miscarriage of justice and obstruction of justice as a result of a corrupt court supporting premediated murder and premediated attempted murder on three individuals who were basically exercising their 1st Amendment rights.

Arson, looting, assault, and pillaging are not 1st amendment rights nor protected by the 1st amendment.

It is legal for him to go anywhere he wants.
It is legal for him to carry an AR-15 or any other long gun.

Are you always wrong? It was illegal for him to carry the AR. The judge dropped the possession charges near the end of the trial. That charge had a max of 9 months.

Nope, Wisconsin state laws allow 17 y.o to carry a long barrel rifle or shot gun. The Judge had to drop the charge because the AR 15 is a long barrel rifle. It was always legal for Rittenhouse to carry the AR 15.

However, the state law only applies to minors armed with rifles or shotguns with short barrels. The language stems from a 1991 law when lawmakers across the country were trying to find ways to curb gang violence. It was likely intended to prevent youths from carrying sawed-off shotguns.

Rittenhouse’s AR-15-style rifle was not short-barreled, and that is why prosecutors asked for the charge to be dismissed. Initially he refused, but Bruce Schroeder did ultimately dismiss the gun charge.

Indeed.

An object in motion tends to stay in motion, and an object at rest tends to stay at rest, unless the object is acted upon by an outside force. ...

It's simpler than that. F=mA.

The concept of 'at rest' and 'in motion' are simply relative descriptions.

Your car, parked in your driveway, is on the surface of an Earth that is moving at 1000 mph, moving around the Sun at 67000 mph, the whole mess is moving around the galaxy at 560,000 mph, and the galaxy is moving as well.

So what is 'at rest'?

It’s improvable

No doubt any system needs maintaining to keep it operating properly and honorably

But the system deserves respect

It was created to make a more perfect Union

Don’t tear the beautiful Union asunder

The Democrats have already torn the Union asunder.

That has previous little to do with the Rittenhouse case either, however rioting, burning and looting is pretty predictable though. Those 'peaceful' protestors are just doing their Xmas shopping early.

Ah...the spirit of celebrating Christ's birth and your love of your fellow man by looting his business! The holiday spirit of tear gas drifting among the Christmas lights.

Presumed guilty until proven innocent? Doesn't the constitution have something to say about that?

So does logic.

Attempting to force a negative proof is itself a fallacy. Attempting a negative proof is also a fallacy.
It is the reason of the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

The judge controlled the trial to get the results he wanted.

The judge didn't create the video evidence, didn't tell the jury which way to rule, didn't allow the use of the word 'victim' for looters, arsonists, attacking people, or rioters, DID allow the use of 'looters', 'rioters', etc. IF it could be shown they were their for that purpose (which was done, by the PROSECUTOR no less!).

He didn't allow the idiot prosecutor from attempting a mistrial.
He DID allow the prosecutor to brandish a lethal weapon IN THE COURTROOM.
He didn't allow the media to further taint and threaten the jury.
He specifically asked each member of the jury if they agreed with the foreman's statement.
He lawfully dismissed a charge that was in clear violation of the law to file.

So...where is he controlling the trial to get the 'not guilty' verdicts?

Are you always wrong? It was illegal for him to carry the AR.
It was legal for him to carry the AR. See Wisconsin State law, the Constitution of the State of Wisconsin, and the Constitution of the United States.
The judge dropped the possession charges near the end of the trial.
Because he was following the law. Those charges should never have been filed.
That charge had a max of 9 months.
Irrelevance fallacy.

While I share the welling up of bile you are experiencing, a cause celeb trial is not the platform. Our power is in our superior numbers, ethics and vote.
When the law is an ass, you need to change the law. Something along the lines of a federal gun control law focused on appearing armed at political rallies with intent to incite.
I believe a burden shift would work. Make it a low class felony, even without firing a shot.

"Any person who attends a political protest or rally with a hand gun gun, semi automatic or automatic gun or rifle or dirk or dagger, not otherwise privileged at law to possess same, is presumed to harbor the specific intent
to incite violence, which presumption can only be overcome by clear and convincing evidence to the contrary." Violation of this law is punishable by imprisonment not less than 1 year. "

There, took two minutes to draft, having a gun at a rally = felonious incitement

A trial putting that asshole in the can has no precedential value. A law makes that change you desire. I'm just tolerating their deplorable endzone dance.
Two people are pushing up daisies because of that kid and they are gleeful.

Understood, but I think we are rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. The law as written could have been applied to put this kid away for life. But a state with a bizarre gun culture, a judge that couldn't wait to mug for the cameras and fawn all over this little punk, and sickening attitude that has turned Rittenhouse into a folk hero among the right win conspired to make sure that didn't happen. These same forces are now putting in place laws that allow them to simply ignore the will of the voters and declare a partisan winner. We have a pandemic that is destroying the economy, and the same nutters are actively working to ensure it will continue, and the economic woes will continue with it. This is a full scale culture war, and the bad guys are winning it in a rout right now.

How many laws on the books SHOULD have solved the Trump problem? How is his fat orange ass not in jail? How is Bannon still allowed a microphone? Tucker Carlson? Alex Jones? I don't think the bad guys will understand anything other than a punch in the face. Just my two cents.

How are welfare collecting white "woke" assholes like you and Micabwer still allowed to collect public assistance?
