Because it is amoral when the fetus is a viable human being and using abortion for birth control is heinous and murder.
Let me ask you; if a man punches a pregnant woman hard in the stomach causing her unborn child to die, can he be charged with murder? If so, how is the abortion on demand argument even relevant?
I am, IMO. If the mother-to-be is a DEMOCRAT, I believe I should have the right, nay, the obligation to terminate the pregnancy and the host organism with extreme prejudice.

So regardless of what the SCOTUS decision is, it changes nothing. It's just a political posturing by two parties. That's all.
Pretty odd for a woman to wait until after 25 weeks then decides to have an abortion and have the stretch marks to show for it.
